The Haight is the gateway to Golden Gate Park. This e-bike tour makes a loop through the Haight, passing landmarks like the 4 Seasons and the Grateful Dead House. Learn a little of the history (4 generations of my family have lived here!) as we loop up to the famous 7 Sisters in Alamo Square. From there we drop down to the Pan Handle and in to the Park at McClaren Lodge. We'll learn about Uncle John's park, urban sanctuary and playground of the plutocracy. Tour the highlights of the eastern end of the Outside Lands and learn about lost monasteries and gardening with dynamite. We'll make a loop around Stowe Lake, stop at the Redwood forest and then glide back to Cole Valley for a pop in to the seriously retro Ice Cream Bar.
