Join me on a scenic and spectacular bike ride that explores art and nature! San Francisco is home to more works by the artist Andy Goldsworthy than any other city in the world, but finding them is a challenge. We’ll take it easy and ride e-bikes through amazing scenery, check out spectacular vistas, and explore the nature-inspired work of this renowned artist. We’ll start near Golden Gate Park and visit his subtle work outside the De Young Museum. From the park we cross to the Presidio, a spectacular, wild space that is home to several Goldsworthy works, including Spire, Tree Line, and Earth Wall. We’ll save time to enjoy these thought invoking pieces, and through-out the ride we enjoy stunning views of the Pacific and the Bay. Our ride touches the bay at Crissy Field for a sweeping view of the Golden Gate and a sparkling panoramic from bridge to bridge. Time for the power of pedal-assist e-bikes to take us home, winding our way back to Cole Valley. There will be plenty of photo stops and snack opportunities. We’ll finish up at the charming Ice Cream Bar in Cole Valley
